Sunrise and ritual at the summit of Mount Diablo at 5:00 am
Offerings of tobacco to the ancestors, prayers for peace, and a toast to the sun.

Thursday June 20 Summer Solstice Eve
Arrive any time after 3pm. Setting up altar

Workshop 4:30 pm
This year we are introducing a workshop - Specifics tbd.
Dinner 7 pm
Bring something yummy to share for the potluck evening meal which we will start at about 7pm.
Watch the sunset 8:33pm
Eisteddfod starts after sunset
Bring your drum or musical instrument, music, songs, poetry and stories for an evening Eisteddfod. An Eisteddfod is where we gather together and each person shares something Bardic - a Bardic Circle. This can be telling a story, singing a song, reciting poetry, playing a piece of music, etc original or not, just something that lets the Awen flow.

Friday June 21 Summer Solstice
Going up to the summit 5am.
Leaving the camp site at 5am to go to the summit. There is plenty of parking at the summit.
Bring drums and horns to welcome the sun as it rises on this longest day. We celebrate the sun's rise with a ritual this year honoring
At about 7-7:30 am Breakfast
Bring something yummy for a potluck breakfast.
